• Build and develop software components and services according to specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
• Experience with Django for backend development, React for frontend development, and Vite as a build tool is required.
• Hands-on experience with Java is required.
• Experience with Python and JavaScript is preferred.
• Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, organization, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail with solid editorial/proofreading skills.
• Competency with Microsoft Office software.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt and adjust to changing priorities.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and coach others.
• Advanced knowledge of system template or report development.

Requirements

• Fully remote on the East Coast.
• Relocation assistance is NOT provided.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

Benefits

• The salary range estimated for this position based in Virginia is $75,700.00–$100,000.00.
• This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
