[Hiring] Senior Frontend Engineer @Virtuozzo

Role Description

As a Senior Frontend Engineer focused on AI-Native Development, you will:

• Ship features end to end, from spec to production, in two codebases:
• Virtuozzo Platform: React + TypeScript, an Nx monorepo, Vite, and Module Federation micro-frontends for tenant management, pricing, monitoring, S3, and settings.
• V/IS: a large Vue + TypeScript application.
• Work spec-first, transforming PRDs into user stories, feature specs, and code with traceable IDs linking requirements, design, and implementation.
• Build and improve the agent harness, including AGENTS.md and rules, skills and subagents, hooks for verification, MCP servers, evals for skills, and a feedback loop for lint rules.
• Work contract-first with backend teams, agreeing on OpenAPI/TypeSpec contracts before implementation.
• Own quality through Vitest, Storybook interaction tests, and Playwright e2e tests running from pull requests.
• Prototype quickly, building clickable prototypes with AI against the real UI kit to validate ideas with PM and UX.
• Modernize the stack by moving V/IS toward micro-frontends and a shared design system.
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Storage, QA, Product, and Design teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web applications.
• Strong TypeScript and deep React experience (rendering, state, routing, performance).
• Vue experience is a plus, as V/IS is built on it.
• Experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar).
• Comfortable writing specs and ADRs, thinking in contracts and interfaces.
• Testing discipline: component tests and Playwright e2e.
• Experience with complex UIs: large tables, wizards, long-running async tasks, realtime updates over websockets.
• Familiarity with modern tooling: Vite, monorepos (Nx, pnpm), CI/CD pipelines, Module Federation.
• Understanding of security, accessibility, and performance best practices (OWASP, CSP, WCAG, Web Vitals).

Requirements

• Infrastructure domain knowledge: virtualization, storage, networking, OpenStack, Kubernetes, S3.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, RBAC, billing or pricing systems.
• Experience building MCP servers, agent skills, or eval suites, or contributing to open source.
• Familiarity with design systems and Storybook.
