Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Front End Developer to spearhead the creation of our AI-driven contact center platform’s user-facing experience. You’ll work on everything from real-time data interactions and audio playback components to building out interactive dashboards and visual analytics. We’re looking for someone who can shape the overall front-end strategy, mentor other engineers, and ensure we deliver a fast, smooth, and future-proof product experience. What you’ll do

• Design and develop user-facing features that seamlessly integrate real-time data, audio playback, and interactive visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to turn ideas into well-structured, maintainable front-end solutions.
• Champion performance and scalability by writing efficient, modular code and ensuring it can evolve with our ever-growing platform.
• Stay current on frameworks and libraries (we primarily use React) to build a maintainable, future-proof codebase.
• Mentor and guide junior to mid-level front-end developers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and transparency.
• Influence product direction by sharing insights on front-end capabilities and best practices that align with user needs and business goals.
• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure front-end components are consistent with broader system design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, ideally using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Deep understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) and responsive design principles.
• Experience with real-time data (WebSockets or other push-based methodologies) to ensure smooth user interactions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in a remote-first environment.
• Track record of building modular, maintainable front-end architectures, and a willingness to share knowledge with others.

Requirements

• Familiarity with audio/video playback integrations in the browser.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating interactive charts and data visualizations (e.g., D3, Chart.js, or third-party analytics platforms).
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployments.
• Comfort with Agile or sprint planning, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• A background in AI or machine learning, or a keen interest in how AI shapes user experiences.
