[Hiring] SAP CRM S/4HANA Techno-Functional Consultant @Look4IT Sp. z o. o. (KRAZ: 7880)

Role Description

This is a remote position. On behalf of our Client, one of the largest energy companies in Europe, we are looking for an SAP CRM S/4HANA Consultant who combines functional and technical expertise, to support the Client’s customer management and utilities landscape in an ongoing SAP transformation. This is a hands-on role for a consultant who is equally comfortable running a workshop with business users and designing, building or debugging the solution in the system. You will work in an international team on a long-term assignment with immediate start.

In the role of an SAP CRM S/4HANA Techno-Functional Consultant, you will:

• Gather and analyse business requirements in customer management processes and translate them into functional and technical specifications;
• Design, configure and enhance SAP CRM / SAP S/4HANA customer management solutions (Business Partner, contracts, service and customer interaction processes);
• Develop and enhance the solution technically: ABAP / ABAP OO, CRM Web UI (BOL/GenIL), BAdIs and enhancements, OData services and Fiori applications;
• Support and develop integrations between CRM / S/4HANA and other systems (e.g. SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities, billing, middleware, IDoc / RFC / web services, SAP PI/PO or CPI);
• Analyse and resolve incidents and defects across functional and technical layers, incl. data replication and master data issues;
• Take part in testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover and hypercare activities;
• Prepare documentation and work closely with business stakeholders, architects and other consultants in an international team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with SAP CRM and/or SAP S/4HANA customer management (incl. S/4HANA Service / Customer Management);
• Proven techno-functional profile: both functional configuration and hands-on development (ABAP / ABAP OO; CRM Web UI, BOL/GenIL);
• Experience with at least one SAP S/4HANA project involving CRM / customer management functionality;
• Good understanding of Business Partner, contract and customer service processes and of integration patterns (IDoc, RFC, web services, CRM Middleware / replication);
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing role and to communicate with business users;
• Very good English (Polish is an advantage);
• Availability to start immediately.

Requirements

• Experience in the Utilities and Energy sector, in particular SAP IS-U / SAP S/4HANA Utilities and SAP CRM for Utilities (e.g. move-in / move-out, contract management, Customer Interaction Center, IS-U–CRM integration);
• Experience with OData / SAP Gateway, Fiori / UI5, CDS views and SAP BTP;
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales / Service Cloud (C4C) or SAP CX integration;
• Experience in Agile delivery and in international, multi-vendor teams.
