Role Description

The role involves delivering technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and deploying Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven) primarily using Dataverse as the backend.
• Configuring and customizing Power Apps solutions.
• Extending Dataverse using Business Rules, Business Process Flows, Workflows, Cloud Flows, JavaScript, and tools like XRMToolBox.
• Developing workflow automations and integrations using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Conducting unit testing, regression testing, and delivering quality, bug-free work artifacts.
• Exercising mature judgment and collaborating in a team environment.
• Creating technical documentation.
• Building flows using Power Automate connectors.
• Managing dataflows and data migration.
• Configuring SharePoint Lists and integrating with Power Automate.
• Deploying using Managed Solutions.
• Holding advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform.
• Expertise in developing and deploying Power Apps.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform.

Requirements

• Experience with Model-driven Apps.
• Understanding of Dataverse relationships.
• Knowledge of Business Process Flows (BPFs).
• Experience with Cloud Flows and custom connectors.
• Familiarity with Canvas Apps and offline support.
• Experience with Power BI and RLS.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile processes.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence.
• Understanding of solution management and deployment processes.
