[Hiring] Lead Full Stack Engineer @Capgemini

Role Description

This role involves working closely with business and technology teams to develop scalable and secure applications that meet client requirements. The candidate must have a deep understanding of serverless computing, API development, and front-end frameworks while following best practices for performance, security, and DevOps automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain serverless applications using Azure Functions, integrating with APIs, databases, and other Azure services.
• Design and implement responsive, dynamic, and scalable front-end applications using Angular (latest versions).
• Work on back-end development using Node.js, .NET, or Python for Azure Functions, ensuring high performance and low latency.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment on Azure using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to create user-friendly applications.
• Ensure high security standards by implementing OAuth, JWT authentication, and role-based access control.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay up to date with Azure cloud advancements, Angular updates, and best practices in full-stack development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and related PaaS offerings.
• Expertise in Angular (12+ or latest versions), TypeScript, and modern frontend development principles.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Solid understanding of serverless architecture and event-driven programming.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Azure Cosmos DB, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Azure Storage solutions (Blob, Table, Queues) and Event Grid for handling messages.
• Experience with Unit Testing and E2E testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress).
• Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.
• Understanding security best practices, including OWASP, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in Azure.
• Prior experience in Retail, Finance, or Enterprise applications.
