[Hiring] Fullstack Engineer @Binance

Role Description

Binance Square is Binance's content and community platform, offering posts, live streaming, audio and video, and other content formats, connecting millions of users and creators worldwide. AI is fundamentally changing how engineering teams work, and we are hiring Full-Stack Engineers for Binance Square. You will be one of Square's first dedicated full-stack engineers, owning end-to-end delivery of core business features from frontend to backend, while bringing full-stack development and AI-enhanced ways of working into the team—driving Square toward a more efficient, more autonomous end-to-end R&D model.

What You’ll Do

• Own product development for Binance Square, including core areas such as live streaming, audio/video, and posts, covering end-to-end development across frontend and backend.
• Turn product requirements into working implementations, reducing handoff friction between frontend and backend and supporting rapid business iteration.
• Contribute to the design and optimization of high-traffic scenarios such as the feed, content publishing, interactions (likes, comments, reposts), and creator tools, ensuring high availability and high performance.
• Make mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) a core part of your daily workflow to improve development efficiency, and promote AI-enhanced development practices within the team.
• Proactively identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment, data validation, and continuous iteration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or above in Computer Science or a related AI field preferred, with 3–5 years of experience and ideally a content community, social, live streaming, or audio/video background.
• Proficient in Java or Go, with experience building high-concurrency, high-traffic systems; solid grasp of multithreading, locking, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong understanding of databases (MySQL), caching (Redis), and message queues (Kafka), with hands-on tuning experience; familiarity with feed, push, counter, and real-time messaging (WebSocket / IM) architectures is a plus.
• Able to work across the stack: independently build and integrate full feature pages with React or Vue, understand componentization and frontend state management, and care about page performance and UX.
• Uses AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as part of the daily workflow — able to state requirements and constraints clearly to AI, and to review, validate, and fix AI-generated code.
• Self-driven and comfortable with unclear boundaries; can turn vague ideas into clear specs and drive them to delivery. Strong logical thinking, communication, and product sense.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with live streaming and audio/video technologies (e.g., RTMP / HLS / WebRTC, CDN, transcoding, players).
• Development experience with content moderation, recommendation systems, or creator ecosystems.
• Cross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web/H5).
• Open-source contributions or influential GitHub projects.
• Familiarity with the Web3 / cryptocurrency industry, or you are yourself a Binance Square user or creator.
