Role Description

We are hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer with strong experience building production applications using .NET/C# on the backend and React on the frontend. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role where you will work across multiple projects, delivering end-to-end solutions for diverse business domains.

• Own features from database design through API development to frontend implementation.
• Work directly with clients, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable applications.
• Engage in greenfield product development, enterprise SaaS platforms, internal tools, and modernization of legacy .NET systems.
• Make architectural decisions and lead technical conversations with stakeholders.
• Deliver production-quality software with accountability for reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Be a product-minded engineer who takes pride in shipping well-crafted software across the full stack.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience with C#/.NET and React.
• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC) and .NET 6+.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core.
• Strong SQL Server knowledge including schema design, complex SQL queries, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Production experience building React applications using TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful API design.
• Authentication and Authorization experience with JWT and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker containerization.
• Client-facing or consultancy experience.
• Ability to work independently in remote teams.

Requirements

• Design and build scalable APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core and .NET 6/7/8.
• Implement data access layers using Entity Framework Core with proper repository and unit-of-work patterns.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases including schema design, indexing strategies, query performance tuning, and database migrations.
• Apply architectural patterns such as CQRS, MediatR, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Implement modern state management, component composition, and data-fetching patterns.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, including authentication, authorization, and error handling.
• Design, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Blob Storage.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Implement containerized deployments using Docker.
• Manage application configuration across environments.
• Participate in client-facing technical discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions.
• Communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deliver work within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Proactively identify improvements and ramp up quickly on new projects.
