Role Description

Primary Skillset:

• 8 to 10 years of solid experience as a full stack developer with expertise in Python, React JS, and SQL Server as primary skills.
• Knowledge of CI/CD framework, Jenkins.
• Capable of conceptualizing the latest technology landscape requirements and driving technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of various technology components and their capabilities.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve complicated technical challenges and provide effective solutions and troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on experience in React JS as front-end and Python as backend technology.
• Hands-on experience and expertise with Python programming using frameworks like Django and Flask, API development, and web service development.
• Experience working with RDBMS, primarily SQL Server (tables handling, SQL queries).
• Onshore-offshore team handling skills.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Experience in development projects.

Good to have skills:

• Experience working in Agile projects.
• Works in a team covering business and technology with representatives from the client to produce overall quality delivery.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in designing scalable web applications.
• Strong knowledge of activities in every phase of delivery from requirement analysis to product release and post-production support.
• Experience using version control tool - GIT.
• Familiarity with build tools - Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience in the deployment process from development to production.
• Experience in testing.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in relevant technologies.
