Role Description

Our client is a leading technology provider in the retail industry, delivering modern point-of-sale and store operations solutions to retailers across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with React
• Strong experience with TypeScript
• Strong experience with GraphQL
• Experience with CSS-in-JS (PandaCSS)
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage proactively in discussions
• Independent and self-driven approach to work
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks and decisions
• Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result

Requirements

• UI development: build complex, responsive interfaces in the project’s framework
• Code quality: write clean, testable code with unit and e2e tests, and review peers’ code
• Frontend design: shape component structure, state management, and API integration
• Performance: optimize load times, rendering
• Accessibility & security: ensure accessibility compliance and protect against XSS and similar risks
• Cross-browser support: deliver consistent behavior across browsers and devices
• Collaboration: turn UX designs into working UI and align on API contracts with backend
• Mentoring: guide junior developers and share frontend best practices
