Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Service Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI Agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI Agent development, governance frameworks, Azure Integration Services, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This role involves architecting intelligent customer engagement solutions, integrating enterprise systems, ensuring compliance and governance, and mentoring development teams to deliver scalable and secure AI-powered applications.

Requirements

• Lead technical design sessions and own the implementation of Enterprise AI Agent development.
• Provide technical oversight on key components such as:
• Microsoft Copilot AI Agents
• AI Agent Governance
• Channel integration (voice, chat, social)
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design integrations with backend systems and external services.
• Guide and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Review code and ensure alignment with best practices and enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide proactive resolutions.
• Contribute to DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines and ALM best practices.
• Hands-on experience on Enterprise level AI Agent development and Azure Integration services.
