Role Description

This is a remote position. Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English) are eligible.

We are looking for a Software Developer with experience in:

• Application development
• System maintenance
• Database interaction
• Mobile development

This role involves:

• Working across multiple technologies and programming languages
• Contributing to existing systems
• Developing new functionalities
• Supporting both web and mobile applications

The position requires:

• Strong technical skills
• Attention to documentation
• Effective collaboration in Agile environments
• Ability to independently manage tasks and deadlines in a 100% remote setting

Qualifications

• Experience developing applications with Java and Spring Framework
• Experience working with multiple programming languages, particularly Java, Python, TypeScript, C++, C, and/or Kotlin
• Experience developing or maintaining Android and iOS applications
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database structures, triggers, and functions
• Experience with GitHub, version control, code reviews, and branch management
• Strong debugging and software optimization skills
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of assigned tasks
• B1+ English proficiency required
