Role Description

Join Epicor as a Solution Engineer! This Solution Engineer for Manufacturing is a high-visibility role supporting a critical corporate initiative focused on SaaS conversions for Epicor Kinetic. This position will work closely with Manufacturing SaaS Conversion BDRs, Manufacturing Customer Account Managers (CAMs), Account Manager leadership, Consulting Services, and the Cloud Center of Excellence.

• Partner with CAMs and customers to assess scope, risks, and readiness for SaaS migration.
• Discuss and review potential SaaS conversion opportunities with CAMs, including scope, approach, and next steps.
• Work with customers to provision them to run the Analyzer and review results to identify potential risk areas.
• Collaborate with CAMs and Consulting teams to support the development of Statements of Work.
• Lead the process to collect CSG (Custom Solutions Group) work, TSG (Technical Solutions Group) work, and validate their cloud compatibility.
• Provide a clear and effective handoff of relevant information to Consulting for SaaS projects.
• Communicate the SaaS conversion process during customer calls and other engagements.
• Review applicable tools and alternative approaches to support SaaS readiness.
• Work with internal SaaS stakeholders to identify, communicate, and mitigate risk areas.
• Support efforts to increase SaaS conversion adoption in collaboration with Manufacturing leadership and the Center of Excellence.
• Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience, specifically Kinetic.
• ERP Administrator or power user for Kinetic environment.
• Experience with Kinetic Cloud and/or other Cloud offerings.
• Expertise with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Kinetic Customization, BPMs, Application Studio, BAQs, Dashboards, and other Kinetic toolsets for integration and reporting.
• Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales.
• Documented experience of giving customer presentations/demonstrations.
• 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in Manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Range:

• Minimum: $62,000 USD
• Maximum: $100,000 USD
