[Hiring] Solutions Engineer @Mcmtech

Role Description

MCM Technology is looking to hire a Solutions Engineer to join our sales team. This is a full-time, fully remote role with travel of up to 40%, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

The Solutions Engineer will support both virtual and live demonstrations of the MCM platform, which currently includes asset tracking, maintenance and inspections, certification and training, evidence, and fleet management, along with additional product offerings that may be developed or acquired. The Solutions Engineer is responsible for driving strategy in sales efforts, directly participating in sales and new business development pursuits, and informing product innovation and future offerings for public safety agencies across the country.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of five years of post-undergraduate experience in at least three of the following:
  • Public safety industry experience and expertise
  • Solutions engineering experience in SaaS technology platforms
  • Sales experience in SaaS technology platforms
  • Technology consulting experience
  • Public safety technology or GovTech experience
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills in front of an executive-level audience.
• Ability to pivot easily and reframe challenges as opportunities in presentations.
• Detailed, organized, and efficient, with the ability to self-manage competing priorities.
