Role Description
As a UX Product Developer, you'll be developing cutting-edge features and capabilities for our AI-driven Project and Program Management (PPM) solutions. You’ll play a critical role in the evolution of our product, ensuring it stays ahead of the competition and consistently meets the needs of our users. This position requires you to blend technical expertise with creativity and strategic insight, driving innovation in the development of our product suite.
- Design, develop, and enhance features across OnePlan’s product offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
- Create intuitive, high-performance, and scalable solutions that enhance business agility.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, and other developers to create a seamless user experience.
- Define technical requirements and solutions that meet the strategic objectives of the product.
- Ensure code quality by adhering to coding standards and best practices in software development.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure reliable, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure the product runs smoothly and is free of errors.
- Stay updated on the latest software development trends, tools, and frameworks to drive product improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise with 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in developing SaaS or enterprise-level products and UX.
- 4+ years experience with JavaScript, Jquery, CSS, etc.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure apps and services.
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in object-oriented languages and database querying languages.
- Strong coding, debugging, algorithm design, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including working in sprints and adapting to iterative product development cycles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
