Role Description
As an experienced Software Engineer on the Provider Showcase team at Grow Therapy, you’ll be helping to drive our efforts to improve tooling for Providers to show off what makes their mental health practice unique at Grow Therapy. The team’s primary goals are to increase Profile Quality and differentiation of therapists featured on our platform.
The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $220,000 USD. Please note, Grow Therapy adjusts base salary based on geographic location, leveling, and experience, so your compensation could land anywhere within the posted range.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in engineering with a focus on frontend systems
- Experience with Typescript and React
- Experience with Python
- Entrepreneurial spirit; experience in a startup or on personal side projects
- Product thinker; user-centric approach to building
- Leader; ability to motivate teammates and persist through challenges
- Team player; collaborative and supportive of colleagues
- Highly motivated; desire for ownership of work
Requirements
- Experience with utilizing LLMs and Generative AI in product development (bonus)
- Experience with design systems and frontend component development (bonus)
- Interesting side projects (bonus)
