Role Description
We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer for our Partners Focus Area, Salesforce team in Portugal!
At Salesforce Partners team we are developing scalable solutions that make wellhubbers more productive, assuring user-friendly, data-driven, and confident products, for efficient and measurable work in the business areas.
The Partner team is responsible for bringing new Partners into Wellhub and making them have a good experience during the process. We take care of sales flow for these Partners (negotiation, success, renegotiation, integration to the other systems, cancellation, and retention).
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve features focusing on performance, scalability, and stability;
- Bring expertise in architecture and design processes, dive into the most complex technical problems;
- Create new solutions to meet emerging needs as our new business grows;
- Work in agile development and quick prototypes, and you strive to see your work in action;
- Be hands-on and engage in coding to develop solutions and solve all surfacing problems;
- Be able to make quick and smart decisions that will affect the outcome of the product;
- Account for systems reliability, scalability, SLA, and SLO;
- Identify and raise awareness on technical debts and engineering backlog;
- Build solutions through declarative programming (Flow) and coding (Apex, LWC, Aura);
- Maintain quality from every feature developed;
- Be able to assume responsibility for initiatives;

Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of Apex and JavaScript;
- Experience in Aura and Web Components;
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;
- Experience in working in a collaborative environment with teams of engineers, product managers, and designers;
- Experience in Agile ecosystems;
- Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving;
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills;
- Must be proactive, can think outside of the box, and hands-on profile to fit with our startup culture;
- You need to be able to articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups in English;
- Ability to lead initiatives from the beginning to the release, helping other team members to deliver the tasks with quality and improve their knowledge.
Requirements
- Prior expertise with Apex and an advanced level of English are mandatory requirements.
