Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to our Martech team in São Paulo!

Define and prioritize martech projects aligned with business needs and strategic goals.
Develop detailed project plans and collaborate with technical teams on implementation.
Write product requirements documents (PRDs) and review technical RFCs (requests for comments) from engineering, as well as sign off on user acceptance testing (UAT).
Oversee the implementation and integration of marketing automation platforms and other martech tools with our core data platforms.
Analyze marketing data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Manage project development, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.
Lead project meetings and manage a cross-functional team of marketing, analytics, martech, software, and data engineering professionals.
Communicate project updates and results to stakeholders at all levels (including the Martech Senior Director and, at times, Marketing and Engineering VPs).
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging martech trends.

Qualifications

Prior experience in marketing operations, martech, data engineering or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully leading strategic martech initiatives.
Ability to translate business goals into actionable martech strategies and roadmaps.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of data's role in marketing and familiarity with key martech concepts.
Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different departments.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

Requirements

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze).
Experience with customer data platforms (e.g., Segment, Tealium, AEP, Salesforce Data Cloud, mParticle).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and specific web & product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
