Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laravel Developer with a minimum of six years of professional experience. The ideal candidate must be a native Arabic speaker and have previous experience as a team leader with managerial responsibilities. This role requires a strong background in developing robust APIs, dashboards, and dynamic websites.
- Develop and maintain APIs, dashboards, and websites using Laravel.
- Lead and manage a development team, ensuring efficient collaboration and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization to improve performance and scalability.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of experience working with Laravel and PHP.
- EGYPTIANS only.
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Proven experience as a team leader with managerial responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor team members.
