Role Description
This role involves developing applications for content authoring using modern tech stacks.
- Develop applications using Node.js, Typescript, Python, AWS, DynamoDB, and React
- Own the full stack, from AWS infrastructure to front-end and back-end code
- Build everything serverless in the cloud
- Leverage current technologies and client techniques to enhance program efficiency
- Advocate for work/life balance and flexibility with schedules
- Use Agile scrum to manage work and deliver value regularly following a DevOps model
Qualifications
- BA/BS required (major in an analytical field desired)
- A minimum of 5 years’ work related experience
- Advanced experience working with Node.js, AWS, AWS CDK, Typescript/Javascript, NoSQL database (DynamoDB)
- Advanced experience working with Github Actions and CI/CD
- Advanced experience in implementing serverless applications on AWS
- Experience in hands-on development of software applications in a highly scaled environment
- Experience working on Agile engineering teams
- Experience in doing pair programming with fellow engineers
- Some experience working in Python
