Role Description
We are currently looking for a SAP HCM PY Specialist.
- 5+ years experience working in SAP HCM solutions (both in SAP HCM ECC and/or SAP SF ECP solutions)
- SAP PY - skilled in more than 1 SAP PY localized solutions (preferable PT, ES, BR, US, DE, FR, NL, HU, AT and XX – international)
- Skilled on PA/OM
- Experience in SI (Project implementation/Application Development) and/or in AMS (Application Maintenance)
- Capacity to Analyze & Design solutions and discuss them with clients and other partner teams
- Capacity to team lead and train/teach other more junior resources
- Preferable (not Mandatory), Skill in ABAP - Custom development (ABAP implementation for PY & TM functionalities and ABAP Debug)
- English is mandatory
