Role Description
This role is responsible for enhancing Salesforce architecture and supporting the Global Sales & Services organization in its usage of SFDC. You will work across multiple Clouds/platforms and collaborate with stakeholders on various teams to optimize a complex Salesforce instance.
- Work alongside the Revenue Operations team to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives into sprints, and communicate with stakeholders about new enhancements
- Build strong working relationships and in-depth knowledge of internal departments and their processes to identify areas of opportunity and recommend solutions
- Overhaul business processes and design new automations to improve operational efficiency
- Partner with Salesforce Admins and Engineers to implement multi-component solutions across Sales & Support Clouds
- Operate as a liaison between the Global Sales & Services team and Product/Engineering org
- Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert and driver of technical transformation
- Support a team of remote Sales and Services team members who rely on SFDC daily to manage their customer interactions, territories, and pipeline
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce Lightning experience, with a focus on internal systems/business applications (Business and/or Technical Architect Certification preferred)
- Experience managing Salesforce feature requests
- Advanced skills building Salesforce reports/dashboards
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, complex data storage models, and their implications
- The capacity to grasp and learn new technical concepts quickly and independently
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- The ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail and while consistently meeting aggressive deadlines
Requirements
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience required
- Native Salesforce AI solutioning experience (Einstein Bots/Copilot/Service Agent) preferred
- Telephony solutioning experience (Service Cloud Voice) preferred
- Experience with Groove, Geopointe, Calendly, Marketo, and DocuSign is a plus
- Advanced skills in creating complex reports and dashboards in Salesforce Lightning
- Proficient in Excel, and with managing large data sets (Data Loader preferred)
- Ability to write clear, concise user stories and process changes/instructions
- Experience in Agile development methodology
- Experience with Lucidchart or other design applications
