Role Description
We are looking for a developer who to join our technical solutions team. This person will be responsible for leading sessions with clients to deeply understand business processes and thoroughly gather and analyze requirements.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth sessions with clients to understand their business processes thoroughly.
- Gather and analyze requirements meticulously.

Integration and Report Development:
- Develop customer-specific integrations and reports based on requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless testing, support, and maintenance.

Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshooted and resolved issues, engaging directly with customers.

Client Focus:
- Meet utilization targets and deliver project milestones on time.
- Champion client satisfaction through an unwavering commitment to excellence.
- Ensure timely scheduling for oneself.
- Take ownership of assigned work items.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience working as software developer in C#
- A passion for programming, projects, and working for an awesome company.
- You are excited to work directly with customers to delight them with custom solutions.
Requirements

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in writing object-oriented code in C# and creating reports using Crystal Reports or a similar platform.
- Familiarity with design patterns for solving technical challenges, like dependency injections.
- 2+ years experience with C#, Angular, SQL, Git, and similar frameworks.
- Comfortable using Visual Studio, Github, and SQL Management Studio.
