Role Description
Deine Aufgabe:
- entwickle und implementiere A/B-Tests, um die Conversion-Rate und Nutzererfahrung zu optimieren
- erstelle und pflege Frontend-Komponenten mit HTML, CSS und JavaScript
- implementiere UX-basierte Optimierungen und Prototypen
- arbeite eng mit UX-Designern und Product Ownern zur Identifikation von Nutzerbedürfnissen und Pain Points zusammen
Qualifications
- fundierte Kenntnisse in JavaScript, HTML und CSS
- erfahren im Bereich A/B Testing und Tools wie Adobe Target
- stark ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Gespür für Nutzerverhalten und -bedürfnisse
- versiert in UX-Design und User Experience Prinzipien
- fähig, technische und kundenzentrierte Anforderungen effektiv zu kombinieren
Requirements
- Gehalt: ab 40.000€ je nach Expertise und Berufspraxis
- Vollzeit 40Std., Teilzeit auf Anfrage
- mobiles Arbeiten bis zu 3 Tage pro Woche
- Arbeitstage Mo-Fr
- bis zu 50% Mitarbeiter-Rabatt und Corporate Benefits
