Wir suchen Verstärkung ab dem 01.06.2024.
- arbeite von überall innerhalb Deutschland - 100% Remote
- betreue und berate unsere Kunden im Bereich Distance Selling als verständnisvoller und fachkundiger Ansprechpartner im Kunden-Live-Chat, am Telefon oder in der Email Kommunikation
- verantworte die Eingabe, Pflege und Sicherung von Kundendaten sowie für die Koordination von Werkstattterminen
- netzwerke eng mit angrenzenden Fachabteilungen
- bringe Ideen zur Verbesserung von Produkten und Prozessen ein
Qualifications
- kaufmännisch ausgebildet, vergleichbar qualifiziert oder ambitionierter Quereinsteiger
- gerne mit erster Erfahrung in Customer Service, Distance Selling oder E-Commerce
- empathisch, belastbar, kunden- und serviceorientiert
- technikaffin, routiniert am PC und idealerweise vertraut mit Google Cloud Lösungen
