Role Description

unbefristete Festanstellung

  • 40h Vollzeit, Teilzeit ab 35h
  • mobiles Arbeiten 3 Tage pro Woche

Deine Aufgabe:

  • bearbeite und prĂĽfe Rechnungen zuverlässig und sorge dafĂĽr, dass sie korrekt verbucht werden
  • fĂĽhre und stimme Kreditorenkonten ab, kläre offene Posten und stelle die Ordnung der Buchhaltung sicher
  • kläre Differenzen mit Lieferanten und Fachabteilungen – lösungsorientiert und verbindlich
  • treibe die Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Kreditorenprozesse voran – bring deine Ideen ein und setze sie um
  • hilf mit bei Monats- und JahresabschlĂĽssen und arbeite eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen
  • trage dazu bei, deine Arbeit effizienter und moderner zu gestalten

Qualifications

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriekaufmann/-frau, BĂĽrokaufmann/-frau oder in einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, im Rechnungswesen oder im Einkauf gesammelt
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; idealerweise Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP) oder im Google Workspace
  • sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Affinität fĂĽr kaufmännische Prozesse und Zahlen
