Role Description
The Cprime Atlassian Delivery Solutions Architect provides specific delivery skills in your specific area of implementation needs. The Solution Architect is a focused delivery resource to implement high quality solutions in an iterative manner. This person works closely with the customer to align on solution planning and delivery.
- Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance Jira Work Management, Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and key 3rd party add-ons
- Help guide and maintain the organization of data in Jira and Confluence
- Work with customers to enable custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports
- Create and manage complex components including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
- Advise on best practices, configuration, and recommendations to avoid common pitfalls and challenges
- Experience installing and configuring add-ons for Atlassian Products to provide enhanced capabilities
- Provide user-based training to groups and users on Jira and Confluence usage, administration, and operational user and maintenance of the system
- Provide support as required to client administrators and users to ensure the success of the implemented solution
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian Products such as Jira Work Management, Jira Software, Confluence, and key 3rd party add-ons
- Hands-on experience with Jira Align, including configuration, administration, and integration within enterprise environments
- Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC and Agile Frameworks
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Atlassian certifications are highly desirable
- SAFe, ITIL, and/or Agile certifications highly desirable
Travel Requirement
- Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately up to 50% of the time when deemed safe to do so to meet client needs.
