[Hiring] Working Student Partner Sales @Lucanet Group

Role Description

As a Working Student Partner Sales (all genders), you support the Partner Sales team in its daily business, from preparing offers to managing partner and client contracts in Salesforce, and contribute directly to partner-driven revenue growth. This is a remote position in Germany.

You join the Partner Sales team and report into it, working closely with Direct Sales, Partner Success, and Marketing as well as directly with our partners. The role suits a sales-oriented student with a structured way of working, an affinity for numbers, and confidence communicating in German and English. Occasional company and partner events may be part of the role; no regular travel is required. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you'll do

• Support Partner Sales Managers in their daily tasks, including managing partner relationships.
• Prepare offers and sales documents, and follow up to contribute to partner-driven revenue growth.
• Answer partner inquiries via email and forward complex cases to the responsible Partner Sales Manager.
• Assist in managing partner and client contracts in Salesforce.
• Share responsibility for maintaining accurate partner and customer data.
• Collaborate with Direct Sales, Partner Success, and Marketing.
• Learn continuously about the SaaS environment and Lucanet's products.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field of study.
• Very good communication skills in German and English.
• A structured, reliable way of working with strong attention to detail.
• An analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
• Confidence communicating with internal stakeholders and partners as a team player.

Requirements

• First practical experience from student jobs or internships in sales, sales operations, or a B2B environment (a plus).
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce (a plus).
