Role Description

You can sell, you understand technology, and photovoltaics is not a foreign word to you? You live somewhere in Europe and want to work fully remote? Then read on.

PV-GlareCheck (pv-glarecheck.com) is an online tool for glare analysis of photovoltaic systems. Project developers, planners and consultants use it right in the browser to check whether a PV system could dazzle residents, drivers or pilots – based on the common guidelines in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and internationally. Many permitting processes require exactly this proof. The product is live and customers already buy on their own.

We are already active and successful on the German market. Now we are going international.

We are looking for people who take PV-GlareCheck into their own market – and we are interested in all of Europe. Whether you live in Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Scandinavia or anywhere else in Europe: if you know your local solar market and want to build something, go for it.

Important: You do not sell solar panels or PV systems, but a digital planning tool for professionals – by phone and online demo.

• You open up your country or region for PV-GlareCheck: you identify PV project developers, EPCs, planning offices and consultants and approach them actively.
• You follow up on trial users and leads from your region.
• You run short online demos (about 30 minutes) and show how the tool saves time and risk in day-to-day projects.
• You win B2B customers for larger packages and individual offers – from small planning offices to large developers.
• You help customers get started with the tool and answer simple support questions.
• You keep the CRM clean and bring feedback from your market straight to the product team – e.g. local regulations and permitting requirements.

Qualifications

• You live in Europe and speak the language of your market at native level.
• Fluent English – our internal communication runs in English.
• Experience in B2B sales, ideally with both small and larger companies.
• Technical understanding: you can demo an online tool confidently and explain what the customer needs to click.
• A connection to photovoltaics, solar or energy is a big plus – professionally (e.g. selling PV systems, planning, installation) or privately as a tech and DIY fan.
• You organize yourself, work remotely with discipline and don't need anyone looking over your shoulder.
• German is a plus, but not a must.
