[Hiring] VP, Sales Leader @Conduent

Role Description

• Manages Sales Business Development individuals, operational personnel and some inside sales.
• Manages verticals and geographies of client opportunities.
• Responsibilities include performance appraisals, pay reviews, training and development for three or more employees.
• Sets the programs for the mentorship and training of junior Sales Business Development individuals.
• Reviews the overall penetration levels of clients, particularly with C-Suite levels.
• Leads and sets the executive and strategic business plan for managing resources and approaches for areas of opportunities.
• Hires and manages resources in order to achieve expected financial and non-financial targets.
• Leverages pipelines, road maps, triage, etc. in order to develop and manage how, what and where to dedicate resources to prospects for new opportunities.
• Acts as escalation point with internal senior and functional leadership in order to close high value opportunities.
• Drives the growth of Annual Contract Value and Total Contract Value.
