[Hiring] VIP & Institutional Sales @Binance

Role Description

Join the Binance VIP & Institutional Team, built by the world's largest digital asset exchange by trading volume. We offer access to digital asset solutions for VIP clients and institutions, working closely with a wide range of market participants.

• Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
• Expanding relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs
• Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
• Analyzing user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback

Qualifications

• Sales experience (customer acquisition/origination) with a clear sales KPI
• Familiarity with the use of a CRM tool
• Experience working autonomously within a sales team
• 3-10 years of working experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales
• Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers, and commercial banks
• Strong communication skills, flexibility in various situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
• Passionate about crypto; industry experience is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Arabic to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
