Role Description

Start your sales career with Shuttle99! Are you finishing university, recently graduated, or at the beginning of your career and looking for an opportunity to build practical sales experience? Shuttle99 is launching a development programme for people who want to learn how digital B2B sales works in practice, gain exposure to international markets, and grow into a commercial role. You do not need extensive sales experience. We are looking for curiosity, discipline, strong communication skills, and the motivation to learn.

As part of our commercial team, you will learn how to identify potential partners, start business conversations, understand client needs, and support the development of long-term partnerships. And we're doing all that remotely!

Tasks

• Researching potential clients and identifying relevant decision-makers;
• Building and maintaining prospect lists;
• Contacting potential partners through email, LinkedIn;
• Preparing personalised outreach messages and follow-ups;
• Supporting the scheduling and preparation of sales meetings;
• Updating sales activity and client information in our CRM;
• Learning how to qualify business opportunities;
• Supporting proposals, presentations, and partnership discussions;
• Monitoring outreach results and improving your approach based on feedback;
• Gradually managing your own prospects and commercial conversations.

Qualifications

• In your final year of university, or have recently graduated;

• Organised, consistent, and able to follow up;
• Curious and willing to learn from feedback;
• Take responsibility for your work and results;
