Role Description

JUS Official Services is seeking a highly motivated and driven Tour Sponsorship Locator to join the Network Management division as an Independent Contractor. In this corporate role, the primary focus is leading outreach and lead generation efforts to identify, qualify, and secure corporate sponsorships ranging from $500 to $20,000 for upcoming entertainment tours and live events. This independent position offers complete scheduling flexibility and high performance-based earning potential through a lucrative commission structure utilizing tiered flat-fees or fixed percentage payouts.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a consistent monthly volume of outreach and pipeline generation.
• Foundational professional skills in B2B Sales, General Sales, Negotiation, and/or Professional Communication.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage a self-directed schedule, and drive results within a remote, independent contractor environment.
• Comfortable operating under a 100% performance-aligned compensation structure utilizing tiered fees or fixed commissions.
• Capability to effectively identify and pitch brand managers or business owners globally across a diverse range of corporate industries.
• Must be physically located and authorized to work as an independent contractor in the United States, Canada, or Europe.

Requirements

• Conduct extensive market research to locate, qualify, and source potential corporate sponsors and regional brands across both US and international target markets.
• Generate independent lead lists to supplement existing company databases and ensure a continuous, high-volume business development pipeline.
• Execute outreach campaigns using a dedicated, professional Gmail address established exclusively for contract operations to connect with brand stakeholders.
• Deliver and adapt tailored sponsorship pitches that clearly articulate the audience value and integration benefits of partnering with JUS talent tours.
• Negotiate initial alignment terms for sponsorship packages, handing off validated deal structures to the JUS executive team for final legal contract drafting.
• Utilize company-provided CRM software systematically to log communications, track deal stages, and update partnership timelines.
• Attend critical coordination meetings as requested to maintain operational alignment with the Network Management division.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior entry-level exposure or professional interest in live entertainment, concert touring, sports marketing, or media sales.
• Familiarity with digital CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) to systematically manage pipeline progression and follow-ups.
• An interest in sponsorship management, target audience analytics, or contract negotiation techniques.
