[Hiring] Territory Manager @Sysco GB

Role Description

As a Territory Manager, you’ll be responsible for winning and maximising business in your very own dedicated neighbourhood of just one square mile.

• Research your target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood.
• Build and leverage strong customer relationships with your local neighbourhood and community through constant selling, face-to-face meetings, and understanding customer needs.
• Onboard new customers effectively & successfully while ensuring close working relationships with existing accounts and track activity using Salesforce.
• Work closely with your distribution partner/driver for your neighbourhood to create a strong team for the community.
• Deliver profitable volume growth and hit targets.
• Monitor competitor and Independent market activity around your neighbourhood to ensure you are offering customers the best solutions and insights.

Qualifications

• Ability to win new business and maximise sales through existing customers.
• Field Sales/Account Management background.
• Commercially astute and technically proficient in Excel.
• Passion for sales.
• Food background is a plus, but not essential.

Requirements

• Strong customer relationship-building skills.
• Experience in sales and account management.
• Ability to track activity using Salesforce.
• Team collaboration skills with distribution partners.
