Role Description

AI is changing how customers discover, compare and choose businesses. More people are asking ChatGPT, Gemini and AI-powered search tools which companies they should trust. AI is becoming the new front door between customers and businesses, because people want fewer clicks and quicker answers. But when someone asks AI to recommend a local business, is it recommending that business or one of its competitors? Many UK business owners simply don't know. That's where Punchgraft UK comes in.

We're recruiting five UK-based Remote Telesales Specialists to help business owners discover why understanding their AI visibility matters. This is an opportunity to develop valuable skills in a growing industry while helping businesses adapt to changing customer behaviour. You'll speak with UK business owners, introduce the opportunity to understand their AI visibility and explain the value of our professional audit.

This is consultative telephone sales, not pressure selling. We want people who ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, build trust and help business owners recognise where they could be missing opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls using targeted UK business prospect lists provided by Punchgraft.
• Building rapport and learning about each business.
• Asking questions about how customers discover their services.
• Explaining what our £495 AI Visibility Audit investigates and why the findings could be valuable.
• Following up interested prospects and converting opportunities into paid audit orders.
• Maintaining accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
• Developing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services.

We'll provide training, prospect lists, sales scripts, product knowledge, coaching and ongoing support. You bring the communication skills, initiative and determination.

Requirements

• Based in the UK and authorised to work here.
• Access to a computer, reliable internet and a suitable environment for professional calls.
• Previous B2B telesales experience is welcome but not essential.

• FLEXIBLE REMOTE WORKING: Work remotely from anywhere in the UK, approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility to agree a schedule that suits your circumstances.
• COMMISSION OPPORTUNITIES:
• Stage 1: Earn £100 for every completed, paid £495 AI Visibility Audit sale.
• Stage 2: Additional commission available for eligible customers purchasing 90-day improvement programmes:
• Digital Launchpad: £150
• Growth Catalyst: £225
• Market Leader: £350
• Stage 3: Qualifying annual customer arrangements can create further £75 annual commission opportunities for up to the first three years.
• Total commission potential is uncapped, although earnings are not guaranteed.

Company Description

IMPORTANT: This is a self-employed, commission-only contractor position with no guaranteed salary, paid holiday or employee pension. The initial contract duration is 12 months, subject to the agreed contractor terms.
