Role Description
In this role, you will impact the company’s financial success and market leadership by effectively managing sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning Honeywell’s solutions to meet customer needs. You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work within the West Coast territory, on a remote schedule. We are actively considering candidates within the Central and Pacific Times Zones (CT & PT).
Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to customer requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Experience in utility, oil, gas, or manufacturing preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus.

Requirements

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $171,000. This position is incentive eligible.
