Role Description

The Spanish-speaking SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media while working US hours. The role focuses on building a high-quality sales pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM information, reporting on booked opportunities, achieving sales targets, and professionally representing the business and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media.
• Qualify leads to build a high-quality sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish – essential.
• Experience in Sales, SDR, Telesales, or Lead Generation.
• Strong communication and active listening skills under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• HubSpot experience is a bonus.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Ambitious, self-starting, and eager to grow in a sales career.
• Strong social and relationship-building skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
