Role Description

We are looking for a Logistics Sales & Marketing Specialist with strong LinkedIn prospecting and B2B sales experience . This role focuses on using LinkedIn and other channels to identify potential clients, build relationships, generate leads, and support business growth.

• Use LinkedIn extensively to identify and connect with potential logistics clients.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other outreach channels.
• Research companies and decision-makers, including shippers, manufacturers, distributors, and businesses with logistics needs.
• Send personalized LinkedIn messages and follow-ups to qualified prospects.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads from initial contact through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with leads and schedule sales calls or meetings.
• Research competitors, markets, and potential business opportunities.
• Track outreach activities, responses, and sales results.
• Work with the operations team to support new client onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics sales, freight brokerage, transportation sales, or B2B sales.
• Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn for lead generation and prospecting.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
• Proven experience with cold outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting.
• Comfortable communicating with US-based prospects and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM and sales outreach tools.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
• Willing to work US business hours/night shift.

Preferred Experience

• US logistics, freight, trucking, transportation, or 3PL industry experience.
• Existing knowledge of logistics decision-makers and potential customer segments.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email outreach tools, or similar sales technology.
