[Hiring] Solutions & Services Sales Specialist @Lenovo

Role Description

Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled Solutions & Services Specialist to support our Retail vertical, driving the growth and adoption of Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) portfolio across retail customers. This role will focus on understanding the evolving needs of retail organizations and connecting those needs to Lenovo’s broad portfolio of solutions and services.

• Work closely with account executives, customers, partners, and internal solution teams to identify opportunities.
• Develop customer-focused solutions and drive complex services opportunities from initial discovery through closure.
• Serve as a critical bridge between sales, customers, and Lenovo’s broader solutions and services organization.
• Bring a deep understanding of the Retail industry and its business priorities.
• Help customers address challenges, modernize operations, improve experiences, and achieve strategic outcomes through Lenovo solutions and services.
• Provide dedicated support to customers within the Retail vertical across the Central and West Coast regions.
• Comfortable working remotely while partnering closely with customers, account teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 7+ years of experience selling to large enterprise or corporate customers.
• 5+ years of sales experience within the retail industry.

Requirements

• Experience working in an overlay capacity, partnering with account teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support sales opportunities.
• Experience with solution-based or consultative selling.
• Experience selling services.

Benefits

• Anticipated annual compensation range: 123,030–188,646 USD.
• Final compensation based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
