Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented SVP, Health System Partnerships, to lead our full sales lifecycle. You will build a durable, executive-level provider revenue engine. Your mandate is to win net-new health systems, deepen executive relationships, and establish PayZen as an indispensable strategic partner. We are looking for team members who are passionate about contributing to the growth of a product thatβs improving access to healthcare for all Americans.
This role reports to the CCO, collaborating closely with Product, Partnerships, Engineering, and RevOps. This is a remote role, open to candidates based in the U.S., requiring significant travel to health systems and industry events, as well as regular time with the team in the Bay Area.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization poised for significant growth.

-
Account Ownership:
Design and run the coverage model for live partners. Make sellers quota-accountable from the first meeting through renewal, and institutionalize strategic relationship coverage via executive mapping and QBRs.
-
Cross-Functional Integration:
Build a tight customer-to-product intelligence loop with Product and Engineering. Establish seamless handoffs with Provider Value Delivery and run the channel-sales overlay alongside Partnerships/BD.
-

Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of enterprise sellers and leaders. Manage performance firmly and continuously evolve organizational design and territory coverage as PayZen scales.
