[Hiring] Senior Sales Representative @Paychex

Role Description

Provide revenue growth by securing appropriate and profitable solutions for new and existing customers.

• Present services and solutions to potential new clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and make clients aware of additional new products.
• Attend and lead sales efforts at trade shows.
• Facilitate a high level of ongoing customer service.
• Partner with other departments to ensure best possible implementation and service for internal and external clients.
• Partner with marketing to identify markets and maximize marketing efforts.
• Meet sales goals in numbers and dollar volume.
• Provide excellent customer service – both internal and external.
• Complete basic analysis for potential clients and support established procedures for customer approval and setup.
• Successful completion of credit approvals on accounts.
• Timely and accurate completion of tasks in an organized, effective, and positive manner.
• Implement all duties in a manner that supports company policies and procedures and enhances teamwork.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Associate's Degree - Preferred
• Some travel required
• Must be customer focused, proactive, motivated, results focused and able to work under pressure.

Requirements

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay for this position is $100-125,000 annually + commission. Please keep in mind that this is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
