[Hiring] Senior Sales Representative @Voya Financial

Role Description

We are seeking an individual with 7+ years sales/marketing success selling Employee Benefit products through brokers and consultants in a defined region (Minnesota). The candidate should have extensive product knowledge, strong marketplace relationships, and be open to some travel. In addition, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required plus a proven track record of sales success.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and retaining sales of Employee Benefits products including:

• Group Life
• Disability and Leave
• UL, WL, CI, Accident, HI

Our market segment is with all employers 500+ employees and an emphasis on the 500-5,000 employer market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales/marketing success selling Employee Benefits products through brokers and consultants.
• Extensive product knowledge and strong marketplace relationships.
• Open to travel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Proven track record of sales success.

Requirements

• Promote Voya products to brokers and consultants within the assigned territory.
• This sales role also includes the renewal responsibility for all assigned and sold accounts.
• Establish new and existing sales through relationships with 3rd parties/Brokers Dealers/Direct.
• Sales of Voya Employee Benefit product line.

Compensation Pay Disclosure

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed:

$52,320 - $65,400 USD

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
