[Hiring] Senior Sales Manager @GR8_TECH

Role Description

This role exists to accelerate GR8_TECH’s B2B growth by signing new operators, platform partners, and strategic clients across our full product portfolio:

• White Label
• Turnkey
• Sportsbook Feed
• Managed Trading Services (MTS)
• Sportsbook API & iFrame
• Casino Aggregation solutions

You’ll drive strategic partnerships, own the full sales cycle, and help expand GR8_TECH’s presence across key global iGaming markets.

What you’ll drive

• Sales ownership and pipeline management:
  • Own the full sales cycle across various solutions from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of online casino and sportsbook operators, B2B platforms, aggregators, and other strategic partners.
  • Maintain ownership of commercial relationships after contract signing and support successful transitions.
• Strategic expansion and client consulting:
  • Identify new market opportunities and determine suitable GR8_TECH products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Understand partners’ needs and position tailored solutions.
  • Consult prospective operators on different launch models.
• Commercial negotiation and cross-functional execution:
  • Lead commercial negotiations covering various deal-specific conditions.
  • Coordinate closely with multiple teams to move opportunities efficiently.
• Industry presence and market intelligence:
  • Represent GR8_TECH at major industry events and develop new relationships.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience within the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience selling solutions such as White Label, Turnkey platforms, Sportsbook iFrame/API, Feed, MTS, Casino Aggregation, or related products.
• Strong understanding of the overall iGaming ecosystem.
• Established network of operators, platform providers, aggregators, and key decision-makers.
• Proven track record of closing complex, high-value B2B deals.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working across different markets, cultures, and regulatory environments.
• Self-driven and able to independently develop opportunities.
• Fluent English.
