[Hiring] Senior Sales Analyst @Campbell's

Role Description

Serve as the dedicated analytical and operational partner to the Vice President of Regional Customer, East (Snacks), with support extending across the full East Grocery Snacks team. The role is designed to strengthen team effectiveness by turning data into clear insights, building scalable reporting tools, and proactively surfacing business needs, risks, and opportunities that help the team respond to evolving customer priorities.

This role is fully remote. Eastern/Central time zones preferred.

What you will do...

• Conduct analyses on sales performance, forecast accuracy, customer trends, and commercial opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools supporting East Grocery Snacks leadership routines.
• Support development of strategic recommendations for sales planning, resource allocation, and commercial priorities.
• Use AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced technology to improve analysis, reporting, planning routines, and team efficiency.
• Stay ahead of VP and team needs by identifying emerging business questions, customer demands, performance gaps, and recommended next steps before they become urgent.
• Translate sales, customer, and market data into dashboards, scorecards, and leadership-ready views that enable faster decisions and clearer prioritization.
• Partner with Finance, Customer Teams, and Supply Chain on integrated planning analysis.
• Synthesize internal and external data into clear narratives and presentations for senior audiences.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by sales leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning tools, processes, and analytical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
• 4 years of relevant experience in CPG, sales, category management, revenue growth management, finance, supply chain, or commercial analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating sales, shipment, consumption, POS, and customer data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with Power BI, AI-enabled tools, Circana, NielsenIQ, TPM, or similar platforms preferred.
• Technology-forward mindset with the ability to incorporate emerging tools, automation, and AI capabilities into daily work to improve speed, quality, and decision support.
• Understanding of customer team planning routines (forecasting, trade analysis, scorecarding, issue resolution).
• Strong storytelling ability for senior audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, curious, and ownership-driven mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $97,400-$133,900. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
