[Hiring] Senior Outbound Sales Specialist @Bluemoso

Role Description

BlueMoso is hiring on behalf of a founder-led SEO and GEO agency working with established companies doing $5M+ in annual revenue, primarily in ecommerce and B2B. This role is not for blasting lists or sending generic messages; we need an experienced BDR who can earn and own the conversation from first touch until a qualified call is booked.

Your number is qualified calls booked, not send volume or busy work. We’re looking for someone capable of owning the outbound conversation and turning genuine interest into qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and build highly targeted prospect lists using Sales Navigator and tools like Store Leads.
• Record personalized Loom videos that actually feel personalized.
• Write and send outbound messages across LinkedIn and email.
• Run multi-touch follow-ups.
• Manage prospect replies and handle standard objections.
• Qualify opportunities and know when to bring the founder in.
• Book qualified prospects directly onto the founder’s calendar.
• Manage outreach from the founder’s LinkedIn profile on their behalf.
• Keep the pipeline clean and organized.
• Test additional outbound channels when needed.
• Report what’s working, what’s not, and what should change.

Qualifications

• At least 2 to 3 years of proven B2B outbound sales experience with real numbers to back it up.
• Proven B2B outbound sales experience, ideally targeting ecommerce or high-revenue companies.
• Able to show real numbers: outreach volume, reply rates, and meetings booked.
• Writes clear, natural English that doesn’t sound automated.
• Comfortable recording personalized Loom videos regularly.
• Knows how to research a company and find a genuine angle for outreach.
• Can handle replies, objections, qualification, and follow-up independently.
• Persistent without sounding robotic or spammy.
• Comfortable being measured on results.
• Comfortable managing and posting outreach from a founder’s LinkedIn account.
• Able to work with a stable US Mountain Time overlap.
• Nice to have: experience with SEO or GEO. You don’t need to be an expert.
