A Day in the Life

Leads and coaches a team of strategic/enterprise account senior directors and directors.

Builds capability to develop and maintain Senior/C-Suite & D-Suite level relationships with strategic partners.

Identifies and qualifies new business opportunities; serves as Executive Sponsor for a select portfolio of the organization's highest-level strategic accounts.

Engages directly at the C-suite to reinforce partnerships, resolve escalations, and open doors.

Guides and holds the team accountable for portfolio management strategy in collaboration with Business Units.

Expands and protects market share, optimizes pricing strategy, and builds long-term contractual agreements.

Coaches account leaders to build a deep understanding of each assigned account's strategic priorities.

Designs appropriate value-added programs for each account; engages on executive-sponsored accounts to validate and stress-test account strategy.

Sets direction for and oversees the development, communication, and execution of business plans across the team.

Tracks performance against plan and coaches direct reports through course corrections.

Drives the team's identification and development of ongoing mutual opportunities for sales growth with key strategic accounts.

Cultivates growth opportunities and relationship depth on accounts where they serve as Executive Sponsor.
Qualifications

Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. Β§ 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 2 years relevant experience, or advanced degree 0 years prior relevant experience.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $220,000.00 - $224,000.00.
