Role Description
The Senior Enterprise Account Executive is the person who opens our largest and most complex opportunities and closes them into multi-year, multi-product agreements. This is a closing role. You will carry a new logo and expansion quota across a defined territory of health systems and large MSOs, and you will be measured on signed revenue.
-
Quota: Carry a new business and expansion number across a defined book of health systems and large MSOs. Build and defend a 3x pipeline through your own prospecting, not just inbound and marketing-sourced leads.
-
Land and expand across the enterprise: Win the beachhead with FastTrackCare, prove it, then expand across facilities and service lines and attach SteerNotes and RCM AI.
-
Executive access: Create and hold relationships with CFOs, COOs, CMOs, CIOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, and Chief Growth Officers.
-
Business case and ROI ownership: Model incremental appointments, referral leakage recaptured, no-show reduction, staffing hours returned, and collections lift using the prospect's own data.
-
Pilot to enterprise conversion: Structure 90-day pilots with agreed success metrics, then convert the result into a system-wide rollout.
-
MSO-specific motion: Sell to the platform, not the practice. Understand the acquisition thesis, same-store growth targets, standardization roadmap, and exit timeline.
-
Deal orchestration: Run procurement, security review, BAA, and MSA redlines in parallel with the business case.
-
Forecast discipline: Weekly, accurate, defensible forecasting in CRM.
Qualifications
-
7+ years in enterprise sales, with at least 4 selling into health systems, hospitals, or large physician groups.
-
Track record of carrying and hitting a quota of $1M+ in enterprise healthcare SaaS.
-
Proven ability to close a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise agreement.
-
Comfort selling to the C-suite and defending a business case in front of finance.
-
Working knowledge of health system economics: patient access, referral management, revenue cycle, and payer mix.
-
Familiarity with the EHR landscape, especially Epic and athenahealth.
-
Willingness to travel 30 to 50 percent.
Requirements
-
Experience selling into PE-backed MSOs or multi-site specialty platforms (strongly preferred).
-
Background in patient access, digital front door, CRM, or revenue cycle technology (strongly preferred).
-
Experience structuring outcome-based or performance-linked commercial agreements (strongly preferred).
Benefits
-
Competitive base with uncapped commission and accelerators above quota.
-
Equity in a fast-growing, capital-efficient company.
-
Health, dental, and vision coverage.
-
Direct access to the founder and a short path from field insight to shipped product.
-
A category we are defining rather than competing into.
