[Hiring] Senior Director, Salesforce Service Line Sales @CONFISA INTERNATIONAL GROUP

Role Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Salesforce Service Line Sales to accelerate enterprise revenue growth, drive new client acquisition, and expand strategic relationships across North America. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, and transformation services within a global IT Services or Systems Integration organization. This opportunity is ideally suited for an established enterprise sales leader with a strong hunter mindset, executive-level relationships, and a documented track record of generating approximately $20M in annual sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Salesforce Services revenue growth across enterprise accounts.
• Manage annual revenue responsibilities of approximately $15M to $25M.
• Focus approximately 75% of business development efforts on new logo acquisition and 25% on existing account expansion.
• Originate, develop, negotiate, and close complex Salesforce consulting and implementation engagements.
• Develop relationships with C-level executives and enterprise decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue large-scale digital transformation opportunities.
• Lead consultative sales initiatives across Salesforce Cloud offerings.
• Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, industry specialists, and Salesforce alliance partners.
• Develop and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives.
• Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline.
• Support sales forecasting, account planning, deal strategy, and revenue growth.
• Position Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and related enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise technology services or consulting sales experience.
• 5+ years of direct Salesforce services sales experience.
• Mandatory experience selling Salesforce consulting and implementation services within an IT Services organization.
• Demonstrated annual sales performance of approximately $20M.
• Strong new logo acquisition background.
• Proven success selling complex enterprise transformation engagements.
• Experience working with major global IT Services and System Integration organizations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products, services, and enterprise transformation capabilities.
• Established relationships with senior enterprise decision-makers.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and close multimillion-dollar engagements.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling Salesforce transformation engagements valued at $1M to $10M+ TCV.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, and Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, enterprise AI, and AI-enabled transformation.
• Salesforce alliance and partner ecosystem experience.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, industrials, energy, or financial services.
• Familiarity with global offshore delivery models.
