We’re looking for a proven software sales leader with experience managing remote teams across Eastern Europe who is passionate about technology and driven by delivering business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of:

• Developing sales strategies
• Growing enterprise accounts and partner relationships
• Leading high-performing teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals

You are commercially driven, collaborative across functions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional customer and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in selling software solutions
• 3+ years experience in managing remote Sales teams in Eastern Europe
• Fluid understanding of mobility concepts such as COPE, BYOD, and IoT
• Experience with Android and Apple OS
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
• Knowledge of the mobility management partner ecosystem in Eastern Europe
• Familiar with business analytics, governance, and compliance within the mobility landscape
• Proficient with Salesforce.com CRM

Requirements

• Lead a high-touch, enterprise-focused sales team across Eastern & South Eastern Europe
• Manage, coach, and develop your team to drive consistent performance and customer success
• Deliver ambitious regional growth targets while maintaining strong operational discipline and forecast predictability
• Personally engage in strategic opportunities and large enterprise deals
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and executive-level engagements
• Drive rigorous sales execution through the adoption of the MEDDPICC methodology
• Coach sales teams on opportunity qualification, deal progression, forecasting accuracy, and value-based selling
• Build and execute account growth strategies that maximize customer retention, expansion, and long-term revenue growth
• Partner closely with channel partners to identify, develop, and close enterprise opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to accelerate pipeline generation and successful customer outcomes
• Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity
