Role Description

As the Senior Director, Business Process Sales Leader, you will own the end-to-end sales performance and strategy for your domain worldwide:

• Set the vision and priorities for all regions.
• Empower and guide regional CSA (Cloud Solution Architect) Leads to execute against them.
• Drive AI Business Process revenue and D365/Copilot Studio consumption growth across every territory.
• Anchor customer conversations in the Frontier Transformation narrative — "Agentify your business processes".
• Sponsor high-impact executive relationships that open doors for field teams.
• Lead the AI Biz Process Digital Solution Specialist community.
• Coach Individual Contributors (ICs) and Managers (M1s).
• Set execution and skilling standards.
• Run deal clinics and inspection rhythms to lift capability.
• Orchestrate a full vendor team to build pipeline and progress opportunities.
• Act as the conduit between field reality and corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
• 6+ years of experience in solution, services, or technology sales with a demonstrated track record of driving business growth and customer success.

• Disciplined Operator: Maintains excellence in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Technical breadth: Experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures, productivity and security technologies.
• Proficient experience with complex sales training and methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience selling or leading the sale of business applications, ERP, CRM, low-code platforms, AI solutions, or agent-based technologies.
• Influential Sales Leadership: Experience leading and coaching distributed sales communities.
• AI-First Seller: Demonstrated use of Microsoft Copilot and AI agents in sales activities.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Experience partnering with go-to-market teams and presenting business impact to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Define and drive worldwide sales strategy, quota coverage, and revenue targets for AI Business Process.
• Engage CxO and business leaders, sponsor executive relationships, and drive upsell and net-new wins.
• Set and enforce worldwide standards for Microsoft Sales Experience (MSX) discipline.
• Lead the AI Biz Process Digital Solution Specialist community through coaching and deal inspection.
• Develop the worldwide co-sell strategy for AI Business Process with Global Partner Solutions.
• Orchestrate Integrated Account Reviews and Monthly Business Reviews for AI Business Process.

Benefits

• Base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76.15 - $116.83 per hour.
• Different range applicable to specific work locations, e.g., USD $98.03 - $127.45 per hour in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
